The Valhalla Intensive Performer's Programs, or VIP Programs, are a week of Master Classes and or Technique for serious students wishing more intensive study with a particular instructor. Our highly accomplished instructors provide a perfect environment for a student to focus on technique development, refinement of solo repertoire and or chamber music skills.

We offer classes in a half-day format in the disciplines of: Violin, Cello, Chamber Music and Flute. Acceptance to these programs is contingent on approval of the instructor(s) who is/are solely responsible for the program expectations and content. All classes are offered within the Lucerne School (LESS) in New Denver, BC and are within walking distance of main street, restaurants, shops, accommodations, beaches and hiking trails.

The VIP Program for Chamber Music involves coaching of pre-formed groups or of groups assembled specifically for the week and may include the opportunity of rehearsing and performing with faculty.

There will be a concert on the Friday to showcase the accomplishments of the week and provide the students with a wonderful performance opportunity.

Application deadline is July 15, 2008 for all VIP Programs. Class spaces are limited - register early to ensure your acceptance.

Please note that none of the VIP Programs provide supervision and entertainment during non-instructional hours and are therefore not appropriate for unaccompanied minors.
